How easy will it be to maintain?

Our consultants hold certified expertise across IBM ACE, IIB, MQ and DataPower, and MuleSoft, and they operate the platform on your behalf. The platform ships with pre-built high-availability rules, and we monitor it proactively around the clock — using nJAMS for IIB, ACE and DataPower, and Check MK for IBM MQ, alongside native platform tooling — so integration failures are detected and addressed by us, rather than surfacing as problems in your business.

Yes, and without the usual cost penalty. Auto-scalability rules are pre-built into the platform and it runs on AWS and Azure, so it flexes with demand. Where a traditional iPaaS is scalable but expensive to scale, this is simple to achieve at very low cost. It also scales structurally: rather than every new application needing a connection to every other one, integrations route through a single managed layer.
Is it secure enough?
Security is designed into the platform rather than left to configuration — the main difference from a traditional iPaaS, where security is only as good as the way you set it up. Federated identity is supported via SAML 2.0 and OIDC. W3 Partnership is ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified and holds Cyber Essentials, and we have supplied the UK public sector since 2014.
