How long does implementation take?
Typically three to six months from a signed statement of work to live integrations — against the twelve to eighteen months a traditional platform build usually takes. The journey runs through five stages: Discovery, Design, Build & test, Go-live, then ongoing managed service.
What happens at each stage?
Discovery maps your systems, priorities and risks (deliverable: an Integration Landscape Report). Design produces the technical architecture and configures iPaaS++ (a Technical Design Document). Build & test covers configuration, build and UAT with your team. Go-live is production deployment with hypercare support and knowledge transfer. Then we run it as a managed service — 24/7 monitoring, change requests and quarterly reviews.
What do we have to do ourselves?
Very little — that is the point. You do not buy software, you do not hire or train certified specialists, and you do not maintain the platform. W3 Partnership handles the design, build, testing and ongoing operation; your team’s main role is to agree priorities and sign off the testing.
What happens after go-live?
We run the integration platform for the long term as a managed service: round-the-clock monitoring, handling change requests as your systems evolve, and quarterly reviews to keep the roadmap aligned.
